Questions we get asked.
-
Well Wed Company is the umbrella brand for all of Well Wed’s offerings, including Well Wed Lab, our product-testing and research division, and an emerging relationship and wellness coaching practice. Each grows from the same curiosity about what helps a shared life feel good to live.
-
Well Wed’s Substack is a publication about relationships, wellbeing and the everyday life couples build together. The wedding is one day. The marriage, and the life taking shape around it, are the larger story.
We’re interested in what that looks like in practice, from talking about money to making a home you both feel at home in. There’s room for the wedding here, too. It just doesn’t get the whole conversation.
-
Substack is where all of Well Wed’s editorial content lives, including Well Wed Lab and our full Lab Reports. You can read there and subscribe to receive new pieces in your inbox.
This website is where you can learn about our emerging coaching practice, get in touch and find your way through some examples of what we’ve already published. You can browse the products we’ve tested in the Lab, explore the Library’s digital downloads or look through the Bookshelf for your next read. It’s an organized way into the collection, with links back to Substack for the full stories and reviews.

No ring required. You might be thinking about a future together, already years into marriage or simply interested in a piece about getting a better night’s sleep. You’re welcome here.
Engagement can bring some big questions into focus. Those questions have a life well beyond the wedding day.

A relationship and wellness coaching practice is taking shape within Well Wed. Founder Giuliana Pennachetti is completing her relationship-coaching certification through Thais Gibson’s Personal Development School, in its Integrated Attachment Theory coaching program.
The planned practice will offer space to explore relationship patterns and work towards practical goals for everyday wellbeing. It is still in development, and we’ll share details about the scope and availability of sessions when they’re ready. Coaching is not psychotherapy or licensed mental-health treatment.
-
Integrated Attachment Theory, or IAT, is an approach developed by Thais Gibson that explores how attachment patterns, learned beliefs and emotional needs shape our relationships.
It looks at why certain situations can feel especially difficult, why we might pull away or seek reassurance, and how those responses can play out between people. In coaching, it offers a framework for understanding those patterns and practising clearer communication and more intentional ways of relating.
-
No. Well Wed shares editorial information and perspectives to help you explore questions and make more informed choices. An article or product review cannot account for your individual health or financial circumstances.
Our emerging coaching practice will focus on personal goals and relationship skills. It will not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and it does not replace care or advice from a qualified professional who understands your situation when more specialized care is required.

Well Wed Lab is our product-testing and research division, covering everything from wedding preparation and registries to everyday life together. We use a standardized framework and, whenever possible, multiple testers with different needs and routines. Our Lab Reports explain how products perform, where they fall short and who they may actually be good for.
Our recommendations have three tiers. Founder’s Picks reflect Giuliana’s personal testing and recommendation. Lab Tested products have completed our testing process and met our quality criteria. A Keeper earns consistently high marks and a unanimous recommendation from our testers over extended use.
Visit our Lab page for the testing criteria behind each tier. We disclose gifted products, paid partnerships and affiliate links separately from our editorial conclusions.
-
Brands cannot buy a positive review. We may work with brands through paid partnerships or accept products for testing, and we clearly disclose those relationships wherever they apply. We also make clear whether a reviewed product was purchased or gifted.
A partnership pays for the agreed work. A gifted product makes testing possible. Neither guarantees a recommendation, a favourable conclusion or a Founder’s Pick. Our editorial judgement stays with us.
-
Yes, some links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, Well Wed may earn a commission, at no additional cost to the buyer. We identify these links so you know when a purchase can support our work.
That income helps cover the cost of testing, including putting a product in more than one person’s hands. Affiliate relationships do not decide our conclusions or what earns a recommendation.
-
Yes, but we’re still working out when that will launch. We like the idea of giving these conversations more room, and a podcast is something we’re considering. There’s no launch date to announce yet. For now, you’ll find us on the page.

More reading, and more ways to put it to use. We’re developing the Library’s practical resources alongside the Lab’s testing work. The relationship and wellness coaching practice is also taking shape at present with both Giuliana and other Well Wed Coaches and Advisors booking discovery calls.
We’ll share new offerings through the publication as they’re ready. The thread running through all of it stays the same. The wedding matters, and so does the life you wake up to afterwards.
